“We both ordered the beef eye fillet. And it turned out beautiful. We also had the crocodile tail entree which was interesting and pretty delicious! They offer free pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation, which is fantastic for people who likes to drink. It’s about $30 for mains, and $17 for entrees.”

“Waterline on Shingley could teach other resturants in Airlie what service,great food and consistent quality is all about! Set over looking the vista of Abel point marina,situated on a dead end street ,means that there is little if any traffic or pedestrian noise to distract you from the superb food and service on offer.This has to be the first choice for a great dining experience in Airlie beach.”

“We were staying in Airlie Beach for our recent 25th wedding anniversary, we ate at Waterline by accident on our first night ( long journey and decided to take a nap, which turned into a BIG sleep, so chose Waterline as it was the closest) This turned out to be a wonderful mistake, with beautifully prepared and presented food, great ocean, and harbour views and very friendly staff. We ate there again on our actual anniversary and again the food was a sheer delight to not only eat but look at. Believe me, my husband was a Chief Petty Officer chef in the Royal Navy for 24 years and I hate going out to dinner with him, but with food and service like you get at WATERLINE, it was a sheer delight. “
